I personally find it very thought provoking and meaningful to think about God’s marvelous Creations that happened before the creation events described in the Genesis Chapter of the Bible. They are truly marvelous.
God needed to choose which planet to use for his planned earthly creations and then God needed to create the ocean the rivers and the ground water to support the enormous need for water on our planet.
God needed to create an atmosphere to support planned life creations and then God needed to create a special earthly gravity system for his earthly creations to keep it all together.
The Genesis chapter of the Bible tell us that in the beginning, God created everything here on earth beginning with light and separating night and day and secondly separating the water and creating earth, sky and the sea and then on to create life.
Again, I find it personally meaningful to think about the earlier creations.
God Surely is our creator. I am concerned that many people especially those in the younger generation are drifting away from faith in God and our Churches based at least partially on the literal interpretation of the Narative in Genesis and everything being created in six days and not even thinking about and observing the Marvels of Our Earth’s Creation. How Lucky Are We To Be Able To Observe It All!
I am hopeful that our Think About It blog might stimulate some of these persons to a more reassured understanding that while many of God’s creations have changed and evolved some over the years and centuries, God is a truly Our Creator. We are not just the product of Happenstance Evolution. Think about It!
